Rich Jennings
Jennings leads the former Mile High and Mountain Regions, which last year were integrated into the new Mountain West Region. His responsibilities include oversight of Comcast’s operations in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico and Utah, amounting to more than 1.5 million customers and 3,500 staffers. Jennings is competitive by nature, and it inspires his team to achieve the best. Case in point: he introduced the rally cry “Elevate our Game” to the region, challenging the team to lead within the company and industry wide. He’s passionate about both family and work—and focused on successfully balancing the two. Community engagement is a priority for him. In 2015, he was honored as Father of the Year by the American Diabetes Association’s Colorado chapter for his commitment to his family and the community. His grade for the cable industry on diversity is a C+. “C stands for lots of improvement opportunity in the C-suites!”
