Off the clock she spends time with her 5-year-old son and attends sporting events. “It’s all about knowing my goals and prioritizing my time from there,” she says.

How do you define a successful career?

Doing something in a field that you are passionate about, and doing it well. Also, having a positive impact on those you are surrounded by professionally.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

For me, it’s all about knowing my goals and prioritizing my time from there. It certainly isn’t easy, but like anything in life, nothing worthwhile is.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

At home, or at various activities, with my 5-year-old son, Ryan. Of course, I can often be found regularly at sporting events.
