Rusk Lim, a high-profile interactive content and technology executive, in May left Starz to join Turner as VP, interactive experience, guiding interactivity across the company’s divisions. During her eight-plus years at Starz, Rusk Lim had a hand in several interactive TV projects, including the premiere OCAP broadcast, the Vongo movie download service and, most recently, the strongly received “Watch It” EBIF application.
