Kandikonda and his team lead critical core business areas including strategic planning and optimization, 360-degree effectiveness programs, sales channel effectiveness, customer insights, and marketing technology. He successfully demonstrates leadership and vision combined with rigorous analytical skills to determine the best set of strategic decisions. Kandikonda, who joined Comcast in 2012, has been an informal mentor, executive coach and advocate and continues to “pay it forward” for Comcast employees of diverse backgrounds. He received the “Arthur Award” for excellence in academics and contribution to the campus community while attending graduate school at Bowling Green State University.
