Raúl Valentín

Effectively working and negotiating with talent can be one of the most challenging roles in television so it’s an understatement to say that Valentín brings a great deal of diplomacy to his position at Comcast. He’s responsible for enterprisewide talent acquisition operations and strategy for the cable division, and provides leadership in all matters regarding talent planning, recruitment, assessment, interviewing, on-boarding and retention. Valentín has taken to social media to express his views on management, Tweeting out: “Basic tenets of good mgt #trust #engagement… creates good environment to build real alliances.” He brings 25 years of experience to his role, which includes driving the best hiring practices throughout the cable organization.
