VP, Long-Form Programming
Cartoon Network

Yes, Naito has heard all the jokes: “Long-form programming at Cartoon Network? Are you serious?” Indeed the six-year Cartoon vet was present at the creation of this unlikely sounding department and now greenlights all movie projects that emanate from it, like Rugrats in Paris and The SpongeBob Squarepants Movie. She’s done the cartoon-into-movie thing well enough to have created Cartoon’s #1 telecast, Ben10: Race Against Time, a live-action film from the animated series. From that success other projects are on the fall schedule, including Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins and Ben10: Alien Swarm. She’s also a member of NAMIC and CAPE, the organization addressing the interests of Asian Pacific Americans in the entertainment industry.
