Recently, his team launched an online streaming simulcast for TBS and TNT— the first entertainment networks to do so on a 24-hour basis. Where could cable step up its efforts? “Educating multicultural Millennials and Gen Y’s and grooming them into potential advocates and future cable execs,” he says.
