Best business advice you’ve received?

Some of the best business advice I have received is to address bad news or challenging situations as soon as possible. Procrastinating only makes the situation worse. Proactively addressing these issues, with all impacted parties, brings transparency and better positions the organization to get through that challenge.

How do you define diversity?

I define diversity as bringing people with different backgrounds and experiences together around accomplishing a shared vision. While embracing diversity can be difficult, the differing thoughts from diverse individuals can introduce a healthy balance that better positions the organization to accomplish its goals.
