Given that nonprofit organization Dining Out For Life raises money for local AIDS Service Organizations, Pivot chose Mondo Guerra, “Project Runway” winner and AIDS activist, as a spokesperson with a powerful story to connect to viewers and expose the nonprofit to new audiences. Pivot used its TakePart.com website as an online destination for awareness and had Guerra create a custom wrapped print for a Subaru Legacy that was unveiled at Miami’s Art Basel on World AIDS Day. A month and a half later, Subaru sales had increased 23.7% YOY and TakePart.com experienced impressive video views and reach.
