A member of ESPN’s Executive Committee, Richardson oversees all aspects of the company’s global HR efforts covering the sports giant’s 50 business units and more than 5K employees. In just two years of service, he has been instrumental in supporting employee activity around the launch of ESPN’s Los Angeles production facility, creating new development programs and introducing eight employee resources groups focused on driving diversity initiatives and fostering a more inclusive culture. Richardson’s a member of NAMIC and SHRM, is an Urban League of Greater Hartford board member, and thrives in his role as a foundation board member for the California State Summer School for the Arts.
