to make themselves more accountable for increasing the number of women and people of color in the senior ranks of their organization. It starts with collaborating with human resources, recruiting and people development departments.” Since 2015, Desroches has overseen Turner’s financial operations including
mergers & acquisitions, forecasting and reporting. Thanks to his adept work, Turner has been well-positioned to acquire and invest in forward-looking businesses. Those include video streaming company iStreamPlanet and Turner’s burgeoning esports content and league.
