Das is responsible for the staff implementation of WICT’s strategic plan. One of her chief accomplishments in this role is her leadership and contribution to the joint WICT PAR Initiative/NAMIC AIM survey, a key benchmarking tool designed to track women’s progress in the industry and create best practices. “I’ve always liked putting the pieces of a puzzle together and figuring out how everything works,” she says. “I believe having a background in research and being extremely organized has helped my career.” Her current title represents a well-deserved promotion received this year, which expanded her role to include oversight of industry trends and ensuring WICT’s internal infrastructure is well-positioned to support them.
