Dizon manages one of the largest portfolios of advertising assets in the industry, but he and his team are always looking for new opportunities, like streaming advertising. My father. I am a son of immigrant parents who came here looking for a better life. He taught me the value of hard work and compassion. These are qualities I value most and has helped me tremendously in my professional and personal life.

Qualities in a new hire

I look for desire and passion in any of my hires. We can teach them the business but they have to be interested and committed to the task at hand and to the challenges ahead. The business is moving too fast to hire those just passing by.
