Zucconi provides marketing support to distributors on national and system levels, but she also supports those trying to advance their careers— whether it’s through her role as a T. Howard intern mentor or her involvement in Univision’s Women’s Leadership Council, a companywide employee resource group that launched in March. “As one of the founding members of the Miami Chapter [of the Leadership Council], I am extremely proud of what we have already accomplished this year. In August, we launched the first-ever Univision Academy, a highly selective leadership educational program solely focused on enhancing performance and development while also preparing our next generation of women leaders,” she says.
