How can cable do better job at supporting the industry’s women?
Women continue to be underrepresented in engineering roles both inside and outside the cable industry, driven in large part by a disparity in the number of women pursuing post-secondary education in the field. How do you define a successful career?
I define success with three words: passion, purpose and impact. Be passionate about what you do and surround yourself with people who are also passionate, make sure what you do is purposeful and always strive to have lasting impact. This is true in both my personal life, my career and in my philanthropic endeavors.
