Miles Aghajanian,

Manager, American Heroes Channel and Destination America

This rising star clearly has Miles to go before he sleeps, with a promotion to Project Manager in only his first two years at Discovery Communications as he focuses on recently rebranded American Heroes Channel and Destination America. Aghajanian also aided marketing efforts for AHC’s highest-rated series ever, “Gunslingers,” and helped launch Destination America’s first off-air marketing campaign in 2014 around Mountain Monsters. “The most exciting part of my job is that it is constantly changing,” he says.

What makes you most excited about this industry as you advance in your career?

The most exciting part of my job is that it is constantly changing. Working on smaller emerging networks, we always have new premieres and partnerships we organize which brings new and interesting challenges constantly.

What would be your ultimate dream job?

Designing a Pixar animated hit movie

What three things can’t you live without?

My dog (Griff), sports, and coffee
