After 12 years at Crown, Vicary stepped up to her current position in 2011, and Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel are all the better for it. She’s powering up programming on the flagship network, with new acquisitions like “Frasier” and the daytime “Home & Family” lifestyle block of entirely in-house created content to replace the network’s former “Martha Stewart Show” block. And Hallmark Movie Channel is doubling its slate of original new movies airing this year. “I always tell people, there is no job too small or too outside your expertise,” she says. “Seize these moments as opportunities for growth.”
