Rice is responsible for the backbone of TV One – affiliate deals that are financially advantageous to the company. This past year, she completed a deal with Cablevision, adding much of the all-important New York market to TV One’s roster of subscribers. In addition to being one of CableFAX’s Most Influential Minorities in Cable, Rice has also been a NAMIC Emerging Leader, a Betsy Magness Fellow and a local WICT board member. She’s currently a NAMIC board member.
