Quigley recently moved from the distribution side of the business to content strategy and now has oversight of content acquisition, program scheduling and overall content strategy for TBS and TNT. He also manages Turner’s creative council, a group of execs across brands who are charged with finding shared opportunities and tackling challenges. This year Quigley has been a part of the launch of new shows like “Claws,” and the growth of returning shows like “Full Frontal With Samantha Bee” and “Animal Kingdom.” The exec has worked hard to further the dialogue and increase discussion around diversity at Turner. “From recruiting to professional development to executive leadership to community partnerships, we have stepped up our efforts in a big way,” he says.
