Bonner manages NBCU’s vast North American television and film realm, with a focus on content strategy and development on sundry digi-platforms including on-demand, electronic sell-through and ITV. He oversees NBCU’s Hulu partnership. And if that evil(er) plot to destroy the world isn’t enough to keep him busy, he also helped launch the company’s Ultraviolet initiative to standardize content sharing across platforms. In his previous post as SVP of new media for NBCU Cable, Bonner spearheaded the company’s dramatic iTunes entry and led the development of its interactive applications for the Olympics and U.S. Open.

What’’s your favorite digital toy and why? My Fit Bit – because it’s the one digital toy I have that’s completely unrelated to my job.

If you were wearing Google’’s new Project Glass eyewear right now, what would be on your screen? Sports & Stocks (preferably at the same time).

What’’s cable’’s biggest digital opportunity in the next year? TV Everywhere/Authentication

What’’s on your wish list for the iPhone 5? Make it less appealing so my kids don’t keep taking mine.

Would you rather own a flying car or a jetpack —and why? I’ll take a flying Minivan please.
