Campbell continues to raise the level of brand engagement for QVC customers across platforms, leveraging the capabilities of TV, web, mobile, tablet and social. Last October she led the launch of QVC’s app for Apple TV, and prior to that in April 2015 oversaw the development and launch of QVC for Apple Watch, allowing consumers to engage with QVC content via real-time updates and notifications within the Apple Watch app. Both new businesses are growing. Campbell also championed QVC’s investment in a personalization strategy across its consumer channels, including her lead on using personalization via email as a powerful driver of engagement and repeat business. Also under her guidance QVC Plus, the company’s second channel in the U.S., is expanding its offering of unique live and pre-produced programming and now reaches an audience reach of 58 million.
