Soehren leads one of the nation’s largest corporate universities and employee training platforms for Comcast Cable’s more than 100,000 employees. Prior to joining Comcast in 2000, she completed a 25-year career with the Defense Industry and 13 years as an adjunct professor and research advisor in higher education. Most recently, Soehren helped launch the Comcast Women in Leadership Program for VPs and above across the company. How does she balance it all? “The best trick is recognizing that there’s no such thing as balance,” she says. “It’s essential to maintain personal and professional flexibility in our lives.”
