Conaway is not only responsible for directing the overall HR function for the Midwest Region, but has also established herself as a leader and a mentor. She is a part of the region’s mentoring program and is also on the company’s Diversity Communications Committee. Conaway has been a member of the board of directors for NAMIC since 2004 and is currently serving a three-year term on the executive board as treasurer.
