Allen is leading several customer experience transformations across the customer lifecycle, including ensuring employees are ready to support new products, developing new video capabilities, elevating video chat and launching a new video bill that provides personalized descriptions of charges. He has a deep understanding of how the cable business operates as a former operations and market leader. Previously, Allen led mergers and acquisitions and portfolio management in securing private equity financing, which affords him added business acumen to see strategic opportunities that others may not.
