Soldi’s numerous accomplishments include the launch of general entertainment channel Nove and the OTT service Dplay in Italy. Thanks to Soldi, Discovery Italy achieved great results within a competitive market. Dplay, for instance, has reached 11 million unique users from its June 2015 launch. Over in Spain, Discovery became the main content provider of the channel DKiss, following the success of Discovery Max. Soldi is known for her contribution and commitment to the advancement of women, and was even awarded the “Marisa Bellisario Award,” a prize in Italy that honors women who have distinguished themselves in management, economy, science or social activities at a national and international level.
