For the third year in a row, Brennan has helped WICT set record membership numbers, which now are up to nearly 10,000. She also led the organization abroad, with its first event in the U.K., and relaunched WICT’s Senior Executive Summit for high-level women in cable. On success in the workplace, she envisions equity: “Not added access, simply equal access.”
