Arias coordinates diversity initiatives across the company and works with Comcast’s Internal Diversity Council and the Comcast/NBCUniversal Joint External Diversity Advisory Council to implement them. And she doesn’t just talk the talk. Arias works with several community organizations that support Hispanic Americans, youth and women. She’s also a tireless advocate of employing women in cross-industry technical field positions, having occupied one herself. Arias is driven, quite simply, by her job. “I am so passionate about the work of diversity and inclusion and so driven by results that I wish I could work 24 hours a day.”
