She’s charged with creating compelling, revenue-generating storylines for shows that will air on networks outside of NBCUniversal and acts as the liaison between talent agencies, attorneys and internal business affairs execs during negotiations. Listening is a skill that’s helped her most in her career. “That interest and curiosity is a quality that appeals to creative talent – It invites them to be storytellers.
