How do you define a successful career?

A successful career is finding jobs that you love doing. We spend a lot of time at work these days so success to me means that you love what you do, you feel good about your work, you love the people you work with and you are constantly learning, evolving and having fun.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

When I get home from work I really try to put my devices down when I walk in the door so that I can spend time with my kids and then get back online after they go to bed. Some days it works better than others but it really helps if I can do it!
