Srinivasan designed the Ethernet Passive Optical Networking architecture that makes TWC’s Ethernet Everywhere service unique. But his ability to calmly and objectively assess engineering issues in order to find creative solutions that benefit customers and the company makes him a valued resource. The nation-wide deployment of a standard commercial network platform to support TWC’s Business Services – a business segment that is a key growth driver for the cable industry.

How do you define diversity?

In my opinion, diversity goes beyond race and gender to include diversity of thought. Ultimately, a diverse team should include individuals that can bring different points of view to achieve well-balanced business decisions.
