LeBas defines a successful career as “one filled with leading, learning and listening—and plenty of risk taking and mistakes.” She hasn’t made too many of the latter during her nearly 15 years at ESPN, where she oversees all post-sales processes for television, digital and magazine ad sales, as well as post-sales processes for content distribution on TV and digital platforms.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Blocking the time on my calendar – for yoga, running, commitments with family and friends – and then sticking to the commitment.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

On the road running, at the yoga studio practicing or on a plane traveling, and almost always with good friends and family.
