The classically trained pianist and violinist also leads HR for Turner in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. In her “spare” time, Chang serves on the board of WICT and is president-elect of the board of CTHRA, the cable human resources association. We know what you’re thinking: “this woman deserves a medal.” NAMIC thought so, too, awarding her its Diversity Luminary trophy; WICT Atlanta named her A Woman to Watch.
