A savvy purveyor of E!’s program development, Berger was promoted in early 2011 and added responsibility for scripted series. She’s played an integral role in solidifying long-term deals with key talent, and her hit list includes the Kardashians franchise, “Chelsea Lately,” “The Soup,” “Fashion Police” and “Kendra.” Under her leadership, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” ranks as the highest-rated and most-watched series in the network’s history. Berger cites her two daughters as her biggest accomplishments and says her biggest challenge is “continually looking to break through. Complacency is not an option.”
