Dillman’s 12 years of experience as a technology leader have honed her ability to drive IT practices that maximize efforts and produce best-in-class products and services. This year the IT team is working to upgrade QVC’s email, contact and scheduling platform.  Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Work/life balance is not measured in hours. It’s about defining boundaries and being fully present in the moment whether that’s in a meeting at work or with your family at the dinner table.

 When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

I enjoy traveling and see it as a means to visit and stay connected with friends and family.
