Talbot, who oversees the bustling Philadelphia, New Jersey and northern Delaware markets, has been busy with the Xfinity Home launch and is now working on digital access initiative Internet Essentials. This year Talbot’s team opened the first Xfinity Store, in Langhorne, PA, a 2,300-square- foot center where customers can explore and interact with the latest Xfinity products and services and pay their Comcast bills. Customer service is clearly top of mind.
