With Lee leading the distribution charge, Hallmark Channel continues to grow and the rebranded Hallmark Movies & Mysteries is on a course of rapid expansion. Lee and her team have negotiated significant and successful launches with major affiliates nationwide, and she’ll continue the momentum she has until Hallmark Movies & Mysteries becomes a fully distributed network. “Forget the concept of work-life balance,” she says. “It does not exist.”

 

What/who inspires you at work? What/who inspires you outside the office?

The entire Crown team inspires me. Each and every colleague is amazing.

 

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Forget the concept of work-life balance. It does not exist and it’s just too much pressure to try to make it exist Instead, I try to focus on having quality experiences, as opposed to quantity, and to live in the moment.

 

Your favorite trick for unwinding?

Spending time with my husband, laughing about something silly.
