The entire Crown team inspires me. Each and every colleague is amazing.
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
Forget the concept of work-life balance. It does not exist and it’s just too much pressure to try to make it exist Instead, I try to focus on having quality experiences, as opposed to quantity, and to live in the moment.
Your favorite trick for unwinding?
Spending time with my husband, laughing about something silly.
