Creativity and tenacity have been the keys to Still’s success during her more than 20 years in media, which has included stints at DC Comics and The Weinstein Co. At A+E, she started 2017 with a bang. She was named to lead the company’s new full-service creative-led ad agency The Bridge, as managing director in addition to her other duties overseeing branded content. The venture uses A+E Nets’ in-house resources for storytelling, analytics and distribution, and is forging partnerships including with Hearst Digital Media, Vice Media and Propagate. “The cable industry, and television in general, has been way ahead of the film industry in creating a diverse world in front of the camera, but behind the scenes we are all still lacking,” Still says.
