As the final arbiter and subject matter expert for the lion’s share of Charter’s IT applications, Orange has negotiated hundreds of contracts and vendor relationships and is the key negotiator for the MSO’s Microsoft contract. He’s also instrumental in obtaining crucial compliance and licensing deals that strengthen Charter’s business, and helped implement the necessary programs and processes to accommodate the latest revisions in the current regulatory, data retention, and personal privacy areas. A strong presence in the St. Louis community, Orange supports and encourages young people through affiliations with NAMIC and Junior League.
