With Faulkner at the helm, Cox’s future looks secure. Rebranding Cox’s Home Security and Smart Home product lines as Cox Homelife throughout all regions took center stage for Faulkner this year. Having successfully established the new brand as the fourth product in the company’s bundle, she is now focusing on overseeing all operational strategies for Cox Homelife. Her secret to staying on track can be summed up in six words: “Manage your energy, not your time!”
