VP & GM, Cox Homelife, Cox Communications

This past year, Faulkner focused on positioning Cox’s home security and automation service as the fourth product in the company’s bundle while continuing to add features and develop advanced services. She also heads up operational strategies for Cox Homelife, from sales and marketing to customer experience, and is constantly identifying ways to integrate it with adjacent platforms. Clues to Faulkner’s success can be found in the advice she would give her 13-year-old self: “Take risks and don’t worry about failures—they will be your best learning ground,” she says. “Also, don’t be fearful of change. You’ll learn so much from the right and left turns you take in life—just trust your instinct.”
