As head of Cablevision’s cable and ad sales operations, Dolan oversees all aspects of the Optimum customer experience and product development. Under her leadership, the company was the first MSO to offer HBO’s standalone service to its subscribers, the first to offer Hulu, and, in an effort to appeal to new customers, has proven innovative with broadband service packaging: It launched a “cord cutter” package with Internet and a free digital antenna. More recently, Cablevision was the first operator to provide access to live authenticated streaming on CBS.com and the CBS App, giving customers the ability to stream CBS live online and on mobile devices.
