Kimberly’s work in the iTV Advertising & Commerce group within AT&T Home Solutions has led to the birth of engaging and revenue-generating iTV apps for AT&T U-verse TV, including iChannels that enable advertisers to deliver new levels of audience engagement, brand awareness and lead generation. In the past 12 months alone, she has been responsible for the launch of more than 150 new iTV applications, and managing updates to pre-existing applications. What gets her most excited? “Change and growth,” she says. “The cable industry as a whole is continuously evolving especially in my niche organization of interactive advertising.”

What makes you most excited about this industry as you advance in your career?

Change and growth. The cable industry as a whole is continuously evolving especially in my niche organization of Interactive Advertising. I am excited to be a part of a growing industry and look forward to the enhancements that will be made in the cable industry in the years ahead.

Who has been your biggest mentor and why?

My biggest mentor is my supervisor, Betsy. She is an outstanding role model and has built an amazing career for herself. Since joining the ITV Advertising & Commerce team over two years ago, she has been my biggest supporter for growth. She is smart and patient, and most importantly wants to see me succeed in this business. I could not have asked for a better supervisor, friend, and mentor.
