After her tenure at WEtv, Bailey joined TV One last year and is already ensconced in preparing a new branding initiative, strengthening digital marketing, and focusing the network’s ad sales, affiliate sales and consumer marketing efforts. “I’ve found cable to be most intriguing, as it never remains stagnant and provides new opportunities for creative business contributions on a daily basis,” she says. Bailey also serves on the Board of NAMIC and co-chaired this year’s CTAM Mark Awards.
