These two seasoned Scripps veterans brought down the house this year with their lifestyle media brands. Lowe introduced Asian Food Channel into his media empire while continuing his conquest into homes with publications, digital apps and licensing products. Some of the company’s greatest successes came from Scripps’ home category brands under the guidance of Jablin. With a mix of celebrated and fresh new content, HGTV achieved its most-watched and highest-rated year ever, while increasing primetime viewing by 4%. The duo looks to continue their streak this year, and they’re thinking global.
