Not only does Holmes’ high-energy yet thoughtful approach to business inspire his colleagues and team members, his passion for improving the performance within the retail, direct sales and multi-dwelling unit channels ultimately benefits end users by ensuring a seamless customer experience. He brings that same energy and commitment to his volunteer work as a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta. Holmes believes DOCSIS 3.1. will greatly benefit the industry in the coming year. “This technology gives cable the ability to roll out gigabit services without digging up the plant. It provides a great opportunity to deliver competitive services without major disruption, with greater speed to market, and it is backwards compatible.”
