Armed with more than 20 years experience defining and servicing cross-cultural audiences, Clinkscales has used a keen ability to communicate social context and relevance in nurturing ESPN’s 2008 and 2009 New Year’s Eve live countdown, E:60, The ESPYs, X Games and Peabody Award-winning documentary Black Magic. Since he’s a key player in expanding ESPN’s role in platforms from books to films, Keith has been the point man for 30 for 30, the project where 30 filmmakers are creating sports-related films in honor of ESPN’s 30th anniversary. He serves as treasurer of the Apollo Theater Foundation Board of Trustees and is a member of PepsiCo’s Multicultural Advisory Board.
