It’s hard to turn away when Sean “P. Diddy” Combs calls. And so it was that legal guru Wishart left her post as EVP/chief legal officer at TV One in February to become a member of the founding team for his multiplatform, social media-grounded music network. Wishart has had a big hand in the launch this year, which saw early support from Comcast and a big distribution deal announced this summer with Time Warner Cable. All eyes—and ears—are tuned in to see what’s coming next.
