Subramanian is responsible for building culture and creating a collaborative framework for 300 employees, setting the pace of deployment for new projects and overseeing a budget in the hundreds of millions. As a result of her efforts to implement customer experience improvements strategies across the company, the division recently turned positive and has remained so. The game changer in her mind is Xfinity’s X1 entertainment platform. “Comcast is no longer just a cable company with four channels with fixed programming,” she says. “We are agile and nimble.”
