Morris’ reorganization efforts of 2013 paid off in terms of helping the team better leverage its collective experience and insights when developing and implementing marketing campaigns. She says valuing your own contributions and those of your teammates is part of a successful career. “Growing and evolving each year and always feeling inspired and challenged,” is another, she says.

 How do you define a successful career?

Loving what you do and feeling that you have made valuable contributions and have valued the contribution of those with whom you work. Growing and evolving each year and always feeling inspired and challenged.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Whether you’re a man or a woman, many have a difficult time balancing our personal and professional lives, especially if we love our job. I find it’s important to set boundaries and to commit to being our best self in all areas of our life.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

Outside of the office you can find me in a variety of places, always with family and friends. During the winter, I can be found hitting the slopes at one of the ski resorts, and in the summer months my favorite activity is playing tennis. All year round you will find me with my dog Zuzu.
