Veale oversees product strategy, development and management for all Showtime subscription products across all platforms. She’s helped launch strategic initiatives including on-demand, HD channels, ITV and the formation of Showtime’s joint venture with the Smithsonian to create Smithsonian Networks. Veale’s purview also includes the recently launched Showtime Anytime iPad app, which provides subscribers with on-demand mobile access to the network’s original content, including series, movies and sports programming. Expanding access to Showtime Anytime is no doubt high on her to-do list.

What’’s your favorite digital toy and why? My iPad – can’t imagine life now without it.

If you could only “pin” 3 photos on Pinterest, what would they be? The beach in New Hampshire (yes there is one), Machu Picchu – my most recent trip, and a great pasta recipe.

Would you rather own a flying car or a jetpack —and why? A jetpack – I loved “The Jetsons!”
